SINGAPORE VISA REQUIREMENT

Basic documentation:

Valid passport for at least six months validity on entry into Singapore along with photocopy of first, last page and any observation page.
Form 14A Application form duly filled and signed by Applicant. Do not use correction fluid.
2 recent camera clicked colored photographs (mobile clicked photo/selfies not acceptable) as per specs (35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border and taken within the last 3 months; taken full face without headgear, unless the applicant habitually wears a headgear in accordance with his/her religious or racial custom but the headgear must not hide the applicant's features. The facial image must be between 25 mm and 35 mm from chin to crown; taken against a plain white background with matt or semi-matt finish) One photo pasted on visa from 14A and should be cross signed by the applicant.
Request Letter.
Incase change of address or passports issued in states not in Singapore High CommissionDelhi jurisdiction; any one of following as Proof of residence to be attached.
- Lease/Rent Agreement on stamp paper of current residential address/government allotment letter.
- Landline telephone bill copy.
- Aadhar Copy

For Tourist and Social Visits:

Proof of Employment/occupation + 6months bank statement.
NOC incase of Airline staff
Copy of FIN/NRIC card + Sponsorship letter from Singapore for visiting relatives and friends.
Air ticket and Hotel Booking if any.

For Business, Conferences or official visits (Mandatory):

Request letter from company confirming name of applicant and giving purpose of visit.
For Business only : Form–V39A from the Singapore counterpart(company) with stamp and UEN(Fill out the format provided-Do not Replicate) and must be filled and Signed by the Singapore PR only.
Invitation letter from Singapore counterpart on letterhead with complete address and details of signing person.
Air ticket and Hotel Booking if any

Seamen and their dependants:

Shipping Company’s request letter.
Letter of Guarantee from Shipping Agent in Singapore with Regn No.
Air ticket and Hotel Booking if any.

Visa Transfer Basic documentation:

Form 14A Application form duly filled and signed by Applicant.
2 recent colored photographs as per specs(above).
Request Letter for Visa transfer from applicant.
There is no Visa Fee and only service charges are applicable.
Submission days: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday only

Note: The name should be in the same sequence on old valid visa and current passport and old visa valid for minimum 3 months beyond application date (e.g name Rahul Sharma on old visa must read as Rahul Sharma on new passport and not Sharma Rahul. If not in sequence or less than 3 months apply for new Visa).

Group Travel Basic documentation:

Proof of residence, any one of 2 of following incase change of address or passports issued in states not in Singapore High Commission Delhi jurisdiction. - Lease/Rent Agreement on stamp paper of current residential address/government allotment letter - Landline telephone bill copy.

Additional Documents:

Covering request Letter from Company giving purpose of travel (e.g. Incentive tour, Employee group travel, Educational tour etc), confirming cost and responsibility with name, designation and contact no of person signing letter. The letter must include authorization.
Name list with Passport No’s duly authenticated by person signing letter with company stamp/seal.
Land arrangement and hotel confirmation from Singapore on letterhead of travel agent/Hotel/Supplier with addressand contact details.
Proof of Confirmed Air Travel Reservation.

Processing Time: 3- 4 Working days after receipt of documents. Applications can be submitted within 30 days from intended date of entry into Singapore.
