Processing Time: Standard Processing time for Visa issuance is 3 to 5 working days.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR EGYPT (STICKER VISA):

  1. Original Passport valid at least for 6 months.
  2. Photocopy of the first and last page of the Passport having the details of the applicant.
  3. Duly filled Visa Form.
  4. (2) Passport size-colored photographs with white background along with 60% of face size.
  5. Request letter from the applicant specifying the purpose of visit along with passport detail.
  6. Confirmed return complete-route Air ticket.
  7. Last 6 months personal bank statement of the applicant with original signature and stamp of the Bank.

TOURIST VISA:

  • Detailed tour program with all contact details of the Egyptian Travel Agent on the letter head with the authorized signature and stamp of the Egyptian travel agent.
  • Confirmed Hotel Booking/Accommodation Voucher.
BUSINESS VISA (FOR THE PURPOSE OF BUSINESS/TRADE/EXHIBITION/TRAINING COURSE):
  • Invitation letter from an Egypt-based entity with full address and contact details of the host.

ENTRY VISA (FOR THE PURPOSE OF JOINING FAMILY/ATTEDNING A CONFERENCE/WORKSHOP/INTERNSHIP/FESTIVAL):

  • Invitation letter from an Egypt-based host with proof of relationship with the invitee.
  • Residence permit for work of the host (if foreigner) with at least 6 months validity.

WORK VISA:

  • Invitation letter from an Egypt-based entity with full address and contact details of the host.

  • Visa will be issued upon receiving the work permit from the Egyptian competent authorities.

Note:

  • Visa validity for single- Entry visa is up to three months.
  • Visa validity for Multiple- Entry visa is up to six months.
